|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Always Kept Neat And Clean — I love the property and the management. One thing I found out here is that there is no discrimination of any sort at least, not of which I know. Once there's any complaint of anything that is not working in the apartment, they come immediately to fix and repair whatever the issue is and that is so encouraging. It's been worth the while.

|Recommended: YesI Really Have No Complaints Unless You Want A Transfer, It's A Great Apartment. — The noise level is fine, I wasn't sure of the rating For Brockton having a good amount of apartment complexes, I think Belmont west is one of the best. For the location, price and size of the apartment, it's a great place to live. Of course there's going to be a few tenants that are loud here and there or do things we don't necessarily agree with, but that's anywhere you live unless you own a home. Regarding the transfer, I know the wait list was very long to get transferred to another apartment even when leasing now was on the site. I had removed myself from the list due to other circumstances but that isn't a reason to dislike the complex.
|Recommended: YesVery Clean, Well Maintained Property. — I would definitely recommend Belmont West Apartments The maintenance staff are excellent. The grounds are kept well manicured.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Easy parking, very well kept up, you can hear neighbors a little, but not bad at all. Like it very much so far.

|Recommended: YesBelmont West Is A Lovely Place To Live At. — I would recommend friends to live here. It is very beautiful landscape and the apartments are very comfortable. If you have an issue, maintenance is there to resolve the issue.
