response from property -Dear Rodney,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns regarding pests seriously and are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. When this concern was brought to our attention, our maintenance team inspected the area and addressed a potential entry point by sealing a hole in January 2026. We also encourage residents to report any ongoing concerns directly to management so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. We appreciate the opportunity to address resident concerns and continually work to maintain the property to a high standard.
